The 711 Colorado project will be a 100% senior affordable mixed-use development in partnership with WISE and Healthy Aging. The project, located on Colorado Avenue within three blocks from the Metro E Line (Expo) terminal, will include 56 units of senior affordable dedicated units across six stories. The project will include 1,848 SF of visitor-serving, ground-floor retail, and a subterranean level which will storage and building utilities. The project also includes 3,645 SF of common open space throughout the building.  

 

The 56 units consists of 17 deed-restricted senior affordable units at 30% AMI, and 39 units of deed-restricted senior affordable units at 100% AMI. One of the two-bedroom units will be reserved for WISE’s exclusive use to provide temporary shelter for victims of elder abuse. Further, WISE and Healthy Aging will have a dedicated office space for case manager use during on-site services.

 

No parking is included on site; however, 18 stalls of long-term bike parking and 3 stalls of short-term bike parking are located on-site.
